Is helmed by Gilbert Ooi whom has been in this trade for over 25 years & has achieved a recognition in the industry. His experience and mobilization on any assigned projects always embraces changes within the industry and thrives on innovation, continuous improvement and presents the best practice.

He always provides the finest ceiling finishes and is well versed with the local market and as well as the overseas market. Prior to his current position, Gilbert was the Managing Director of Proplaster (KL) Sdn Bhd which had been in the similar trade and market for last 17 years. He moved on to incorporate Proceil Sdn. Bhd. and work with a new dynamic team and advance in the construction related business
